Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and US federal holidays). Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes up to 7 business days from the date the order is shipped.

While most orders arrive within this timeframe, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak shopping seasons

  • Operational delays within carrier networks

Armato is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will always do our best to assist if issues arise.

Shipping Origin

Orders for the US shop are fulfilled from our US-based fulfillment center and shipped domestically within the United States.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Armato is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist where possible.
